Until someone told me there was another way, I relied on a broken, sick-care system to tell me how to care for my kiddos when they were under the weather.

FOR WHEN WE DIP BELOW THE WELLNESS LINE:
2. FAUX RAINDROP TECHNIQUE
The list of oils you could use is endless.
But, cut out the overwhelm and use the 12-pack.

3. HOT SOCKS TREATMENT
Same oils as I’d use for the Faux Raindrop (kinda can’t mess it up…best oils to use are the ones I have on-hand).
Slather feet with carrier oil.
Slather feet with the oils (I’m not stingy with drops).
Warm, wet socks on top, wrapped in a towel to help drive the oils into the body to do their job. 💪🏻
