Red Robin Campfire Copycat Sauce
If you like Red Robin’s Campfire sauce…
You’re going to LOVE this homemade version.
I remember whining to my sister — who is a master chef in my eyes — about how I don’t really like “dry” food.
She suggested sauces or dips or dressings to try, but I struggled to enjoy any of them.
Either:
1 - They had ingredients I'd prefer not to put in my body or
2 - They just didn’t taste great
It wasn’t until I FINALLY made my own homemade mayo that I felt confident to try testing my own version of common sauces / dips / dressings.
My 10yo daughter DROOLS over this sauce and asked if it would taste good on sausage today.
Word’s in: It does. 😆
Pictured here with my signature homemade fries.
Do yourself a favor and make it with your homemade mayo that you just learned how to do. 😉
Enjoy!

RED ROBIN CAMPFIRE COPYCAT SAUCE
*Note: I am an “ish” cook when it doesn’t entirely matter. Obviously, in baking, there are times where “ish” isn’t appropriate. But, do yourself a favor and don’t let yourself get boxed in by EXACT measurements here. Use mine as a guide and then listen to your tastebuds. 🤤
**Note 2.0: This is the BBQ sauce we use weekly and LOVE. It’s most often used to marinate chicken thighs, which we smoke on the Traeger.
